North American Agrifood Market Integration Consortium

NAAMIC Workshop IV: Contemporary Drivers of Integration

The 2007 workshop places emphasis on three contemporary agrifood drivers of market integration that will have a major impact on the future direction of NAFTA and on developments in the broader Western Hemisphere. These drivers include:

Using agricultural resources for the production of biofuels.
Evolving cross-border agrifood supply chains.
Developing World Trade Organization influences.
